We process your personal data in accordance with Act no. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). We hereby inform you about the processing purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention times, and your rights. This privacy policy applies only to our website. 3.       Purpose and legal basis of the processing

 

The acquisition and processing of the personal data of the persons concerned is carried out for the purposes of:

-          the conclusion of a contract between the controller and the data subject within the meaning of Art. 6 ods. (1) (b) Regulations;

-          the subsequent obligations arising from a contractual relationship with the customer, 6 ods. (1) c) Regulations (eg, keeping of records, recovery of claims, out-of-court / litigation, archiving, etc.)

-          the legitimate interests of the controller within the meaning of Art. 6 ods. (1) f) Regulations (Operator's marketing activities - invitations, postcards);

-          other activities implemented within the meaning of Art. 6 ods. (1) (a) Regulations based on the consent of the data subject for a predetermined purpose (eg addressing the requests / complaints of the persons concerned).

 

4.       Rights of data subject

 

a)      Right of access to the data

 

You have the right to request a confirmation if we process personal data concerning you. If yes, you have the right to receive information about the processing of your personal data to the extent specified in Art. 15 GDPR. Concurrently, you have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we process about you.

 

b)      Right to rectification

If you find out that we process incorrect or incomplete personal data about you, you have the right to correct  or supplement the data.

 

c)       Right to withdraw consent

If you have given us consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw it without affecting the legality of consent-based processing prior to its recall.

 

d)      Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’)

You have the right to erase the personal data we process about you. However, the application of this legislation will precede an individual assessment of your application and will not apply if further processing of personal data is required in one of the cases referred to in Art. 17 GDPR, e.g. meet the statutory obligation, etc.

 

e)       Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to limit the processing of your personal data only for the reasons listed in Art. 18 GDPR. You can apply this right in particular if our organization do not need to process your personal data any more, but the data is necessary for you to prove your claim or defense of your claims.

 

f)        Right to data portability

In cases where we process your personal data that you provided to our organization on the basis of consent or contract signing, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you. In the case of your request, we will transmit these data to another controller if there are no legal or other barriers.

 

g)      Right to object and automated individual decision-making

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data we perform on legitimate interest or in connection with the conduct of direct marketing activities as well as to object to profiling for the purpose. If you find or believe that personal data is processed in violation of privacy and / or privacy, please do not hesitate to contact us and request the removal of inappropriate status.

Part 2 : Processing Activities

 

1.        Processing of personal data

a)      Purpose of processing

Your personal data that you provide us by e-mail, contact form, etc. we process to meet your requirements. You are not obligated to provide us  your personal data, but without your e-mail address we can not contact you.

 

b)      Legal basis

-  If you have given us consent to the processing of personal data, the legal basis for such processing is Article 6 1a) GDPR

-   If we process your data for the implementation of pre-contractual arrangements, the legal basis is Article 6 1b) GDPR.

-  In all other cases (in particular using the contact form), the legal basis is Article 6 1f) GDPR.

 

c)       Legitimate interest

Our legitimate interest in data processing is responding to your requirements efficiently and promptly. If you provide us with your address, we reserve the right to use it for postal communications if necessary.

e)       Data Retention Period

Your personal data are processed during the whole period of realization of your request. After the realization your personal data will be erased. However, as regards the conclusion of the contract, the data required under commercial and tax law are retained within the statutory time limits.

a)      Purpose of processing

This site uses Google Analytics, Google Analytics LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files stored on your computer that allow to analyze the use of sites.
